constituents and a council member’s personal judgment. If you have questions, comments or information regarding an
item not on the agenda, please step forward to be recognized by the Mayor during the “Citizens’ Comments” item on
the agenda. Please state your name and address for the record. All comments are appreciated. A copy of all printed material relating to the agenda items is available for public inspection at the City Clerk’s desk.

c. Resolution accepting donations to the Parks & Recreation
Department.
d. Resolution approving lawful gambling by the Lakeville Hockey
Association at Babe’s Sportsbar & Grill.

f. Joint Powers Agreement between Dakota County and City of
Lakeville to conduct a transportation study at 185th Street West and
Kenwood Trail, Improvement Project 09-07.
g. Designation of the Dakota County Tribune as the official City
newspaper for 2011.
7. Public hearing on the application of D & D Restaurants, LLC, for an on-sale
and Sunday liquor license at 17516 Dodd Boulevard.
8. Appointment of the Acting Mayor for 2011.
