Home My WebLink About03-143 • CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Date .August 18, 2003 Resolution No. 03-143 Motion By Wulff Seconded By Luick RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM PANORAMA OF PROGRESS WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the governing body; and WHEREAS, the Panorama of Progress has offered to donate $5,000 to the City of Lakeville for costs incurred by the City of Lakeville related to Pan-O-Prog events. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lakeville that the donation of $5,000 is hereby accepted from the Panorama of Progress.
