VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing,
preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider vacating the following
described drainage and utility easements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to
. vacate said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The following drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated:

2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with. the
County Recorder.

Lot 1, Block 1, HOSANNA 2ND ADDITION. Said easement areas being more
particularly described as follows:
An area for drainage easement purposes over, under and across Lot 1, Block 1,
HOSANNA 2ND ADDITION described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest. corner of said Lot. i; thence on an assumed bearing
of South 89 degrees 54 minutes 26 seconds East along the north line of said Lot 1
a distance of 416.00 feet to the beginning of the area to be described; thence
South 89 degrees 54 minutes 26 seconds East along the. north line of said. Lot 1 a
distance of 183.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 13 minutes 25 seconds.East. a
distance of 48.41 feet; thence South 42 degrees 43 minutes 37 seconds West a

Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence on an assumed bearing
of North 89 degrees 54 minutes 51 seconds West along the south line of said Lot
1 a distance of 186.40 feet; thence North 0 degrees OS minutes 09 seconds East a
distance of 108.50 feet; thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes 51 seconds West
along the south line of said Lot l a distance of 101.86 feet to the point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence North 35 degrees 04 minutes 21
seconds West a distance of 82.82 feet; thence North 0 degrees 18 minutes 13

The areas for drainage and utility easement purposes over, under and across Northerly
10.00 feet; the Easterly 10.00 feet; the Southerly 10.00 feet; and the Westerly 10.00 feet
of Lot 1, Block 1, HOSANNA 2ND ADDITION.
The areas for drainage and utility easement purposes over, under and across the Southerly
10.00 feet of Outlot A; the Westerly 10.00 feet of Outlot A lying south of Outlot B; the
Northerly 10.00 feet of Outlot A lying east of Outlot B; the Easterly 20.00 feet of 0utlot
A lying north of Lot 1, Block 1, all in HOSANNA 2ND ADDITION.
A strip, 30 feet wide, for drainage and utility easement purposes over, under and across
Outlot A, HOSANNA 2ND ADDITION, the centerline of said easement strip is a line
35.00 feet north of and parallel with the north line Lot 1, Block 1, HOSANNA 2ND
ADDITION; said parallel line extends westerly from the westerly right of way line of
Itasca Trail a distance of 335.77 feet and there terminating.
A strip, 20 feet wide, for drainage and utility easement purposes over, under and across
Outlot A, HOSANNA 2ND ADDITION, the centerline of said easement strip is
described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Outlot B, HOSANNA 2ND ADDITION;
thence on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees 16 minutes 27 seconds West
along the east line of said Outlot B a distance of 250.91 feet; thence South 57
degrees 56 minutes 19 seconds West a distance of 26.11 feet to the beginning of
the centerline to be described; thence South 45 degrees 29 minutes 18 seconds
East a distance of 100.45 feet. and there terminating.
A strip for drainage and utility :easement purposes over;. under and across the Westerly
10.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, HOSANNA ADDITION as shown on Lot 1, Block 1,
