RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR CONVEYANCE OF TAX
FORFEITED LANDS PARCEL #22-47900-024-O1
WHEREAS, Parcel 22-47900-024-O1, is classified as tax forfeited and legally
described as:
McStop l~ Addition Part of Lot 2 Block 1 Commencing Southeast Corner Lot
1 Block 1 South Along South Extension of East Line Said Lot 1 88 Feet East 211
Feet to Beginning North 186 Feet East 62 Feet North 231.42 Feet to Most Northerly
Line Lot 2 East 152.70 Feet to Northeast Corner South Along East Line 382.33 Feet

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Lakeville that it does hereby approve the findings of fact that the aforesaid parcel hereby shall
be designated for open space and park purposes.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to submit to
the Dakota County Auditor/Treasurer the Application by Government Subdivision for
Conveyance of Tax Forfeited Lands for Parcel 22-47900-024-01.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville,
Minnesota, this 4`" day of November, 2002.
