RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF ASSETS
WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville has certain assets that no longer serve a useful
function within the City organization; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Computers for Schools Refurbishing Program is a
non-profit. organization that refurbishes old computers and donates them to Minnesota
Schools in an endeavor to improve Minnesota's educational quality.
NOW. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Lakeville hereby authorizes the following:
1) The assets described in Schedule A attached hereto are hereby authorized
to be donated to the Minnesota Computers for Schools Refurbishing
Program.
• 2) The assets described in Schedule B attached hereto are herby authorized to
be disposed of at an environmental recycling site.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville,
Minnesota, this .6th day of May, 2002.
