AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE
The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-2, Single
Family Residential District to R-A, Single Family-Agricultural District on the following
described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota.
Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 114, Range 20 excepting therefrom the
following two described-tracts:
That part of the southeast corner of Section 28, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota
County, Minnesota, thence West 10 rods, thence North 42 rods, thence East 10
rods, thence South 42 rods to the place of beginning.
and;
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township
L14, Range 20, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest comer of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 20 minutes 25 seconds
East along the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a
distance of 841..68 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence
north 00 degrees 39 minutes 35 seconds West a distance of 451.79 feet; thence South
89 degrees 20 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of 72 feet; thence North 00
degrees 39 minutes 35 seconds West a distance of 210 feet; thence North 89 degrees
20 minutes 25 seconds East a distance. of 197 feet; thence South 00 degrees 39
minutes 35 seconds East a distance of 210 feet; thence South 89 degrees 20 minutes
25 seconds West a distance of 40.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 39 minutes 35
seconds East a distance of 451.79 feet to said south line; thence westerly along said
south line a distance of 85.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the
aforesaid zoning, but the clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's
office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance,
and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby
incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication
according to law.
Enacted and ordained into an ordinance this day 16th of October, 1995.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 167 BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE
The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains
as follows:

ning.
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville
