RESOLUTION DESIGNATING
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Lakeville that the streets hereinafter
described should be designated Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota
Laws of .1976, Chapter 162.
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville,
Minnesota that the roads described as follows, to-wit:
• Extension of Jaguar Avenue from 170t" St W to 165t" St W
• Extension of 1641h St W/Finch Way/162"d St W from Flagstaff Ave to Fairgreen Ave
• 1701h St W from Jaguar Ave to Ipava Ave
• Jaguar Path from Kenwood Tr (CSAH 50) to 178t" St W
• 178t" St W from Jaguar Path to Ipava Ave
• Ixonia Ave from 178t" St W to 175t" St W
be, and hereby is, established, located and designated as Municipal State Aid Streets of said
City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward
two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his
.consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof,
that same be constructed, improved and maintained as Municipal State Aid Streets of the City
of Lakeville to be numbered and known as indicated.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15t" day of April, 2002.
