AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167,
THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CONCERNING`MAXIMUM PERMITTED HEIGHT
OF ACCESSORY BUILDINGS
The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows:
Section 1. Subsection 5(a) of Section 9.4 of Ordinance No. 167 is hereby
amended to read:
Zoning District Maximum Height
R-3 15 feet
.Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force effective. immediately upon its
passage and publication.
ADOPTED and ordained into an ordinance this 18th day of December, 1995
by the City Council of the City of Lakeville.

Tlie City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains
as follows:
Section 1. Subsection 5(a) of Section 9.4 of
Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to read:

cation.
