AN ORDINANCE AIVIENDING TITLE 9, CHAPTER 5
OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING
THE WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-5-4B of the Lakeville City code is amended in its entirety
to read:
B. Sequencing and Replacement Plan Decisions: Sequencing and replacement
plan decisions under Minnesota Rules, part 8420.0520-.0550 shall be made
by the City Council after the plans are reviewed by the Environmental
Affairs Committee and following notice and time requirements of parts
8420.0230. If the amount of wetland to be drained or filled is less than one-
tenth (1/10) of an acre, the sequencing determination under Minnesota
Rules, part 8420.0520 shall be made by the Zoning Administrator.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED. this 16tH day of January , 1996, by the City Council of the
City of Lakeville.

AN ORDIANCE AMENDING TITLE 9,
CHAPTER 5 OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE
CONCERNING THE WETLAND
CONSERVATION ACT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-54B of the Lakeville
City code is amended in its entirety to read:
B. Sequencing and Replacement Plan Decisions:
Sequencing and replacement plan decisions

.0550 shall be made by the City Council
