RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY
.AND FINAL PLAT Of VISTAGLEN
WHEREAS, the owner of the plat described as Vistaglen has requested
preliminary and final plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary and final plat was reviewed by the Planning
Commission and the Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources Committee; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary and final plat is acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
4. The preliminary and final plat of Vistaglen is hereby approved subject to the
developer's execution of the development contract and bond requirements.
5. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to sign the development
contract and the final plat mylars.
6. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
Dakota County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 2002.
