RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
CORNERSTONE LAKE
WHEREAS, the owner of he plat described as Cornerstone Lake has requested
final .plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the final plat was reviewed by the Planning Commission, the
Environmental Affairs Committee, and the Parks and Recreation Committee; and
.WHEREAS, the final plat is acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED. by the Lakeville City Council:
,1. The final plat of Cornerstone Lake is hereby approved subject to the
developer's execution of the development contract and. bond requirements.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to sign the development.
contract, the temporary turnaround easement agreement, and the final .plat
mylars.
3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
Dakota'County Recorder.

an erroneous legal description. The correct legal .description of ..vacated.
roadwa~t trailway drainage and utility easements per City of Lakeville
Resolu ion 01-135 is set forth on Exhibit A-1 attached hereto.
• VACATION OF ROADWAY, TRAILWAY, DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing,
preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider vacating the following
described roadway, trailway, drainage and utility easements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has. determined that it is in the public interest to
vacate said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the. Lakeville City Council:
1. The following roadway, trailway drainage and utility easements are hereby
vacated:

2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
County Recorder.
