NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED. by the Lakeville City Council: ,1. The final plat of Cornerstone Lake is hereby approved subject to the developer's execution of the development contract and. bond requirements. 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to sign the development. contract, the temporary turnaround easement agreement, and the final .plat mylars. 3.
