ORDINANCE NO. 167 BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVII.,LE The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains. as follows: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from CBD-I, Central. Business District -Industrial to PUD, Planned Unit Development the following described land located within the. City of Lakeville, Minnesota. See Exhibit A Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's .office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an ordinance this 6th day of September, 1994.
