AN ORDINANCE AMENDING. ORDINANCE NO. 167
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVII.,LE
The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains. as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from CBD-I, Central.
Business District -Industrial to PUD, Planned Unit Development the following described
land located within the. City of Lakeville, Minnesota.
See Exhibit A
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show
the aforesaid zoning, but the clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the
Clerk's .office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this
Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are
hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication
according to law.
Enacted and ordained into an ordinance this 6th day of September, 1994.

Fairfield), according to the plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the
County Recorder in and for said County and State.
AND
The East 97 feet of Lot 8, Block 11, and the East 97 feet of the North 3 S feet of Lot 9,
Block 11, Lakeville Village, according to the plat thereof on file and of record within and
for said County and State.
AND
That part of Upper 208th Street abutting the above parcels.

The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains
as follows:

according to the recorded plat thereof, Da-
kota County, Minnesota.
AND

(1) Lowest classified rate paid by commercial
users for comparable space: $11.00 per
column inch.
(2) Maximum rate allowed by law for the
above matter: $11.00 per column inch.
(3) Rate actually charged for the above
matter: $6.20 per column inch.
