RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY
AND FINAL PLAT OF CEDAR 160 ADDITION
WHEREAS, the owner of the plat described as Cedar 160 Addition has.
requested preliminary and final plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary and final plat was reviewed by the Planning
Commission and the Parks and Recreation Committee; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary and final plat is acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville. City Council:
1. The preliminary and final. plat of Cedar 160 Addition is hereby .approved
subject to the developer's. execution of the development .contract and. bond
requirements.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to sign the development
contract, the special assessment agreement, and final plat mylars.
3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
Dakota County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 2001.
