RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT
RESCUE APPARATUS
WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville received sealed bids on January 4, 2001 for
heavy rescue apparatus for the Lakeville Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, Custom Fire Apparatus submitted a bid in the amount of $146,864,
along with proposals to four alternates as outlined in the specifications; and
WHEREAS, the proposal by Custom Fire Apparatus has been reviewed and
found to be in compliance with specifications.
NOW THEREFORE BE D f
IT RESOLVE that the City Council of the City o
Lakeville hereby accepts the proposal by Custom Fire Apparatus, including Alternate
Packages 3 and 4, in the amount of $151,849.
APPROVED this 16`t' day of January 2001.
