RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF PARCEL 14B,
COUNTY RIGHT OF WAY MAP 146
WHEREAS, in connection with County Road 46 Improvement Project (I -35
Interchange) Dakota County has acquired several remnant parcels, including Parcel
14B, Right of Way Map No. 146; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 94 -3 dated July 5, 1994, the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Lakeville is to acquire certain parcels
of land, including Parcel 14B, for redevelopment purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville, under a proposed Development Contract
with Ashland, Inc. is to convey, for good and valuable consideration, Parcel 14B to be
used in connection with the development of the property subject to the Development
Contract; and
WHEREAS, the conveyance of said Parcel 14B will serve to accomplish the
objectives of redevelopment as set forth in Resolution 94 -3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Lakeville, that:
1. The Chairperson and Executive Director are hereby authorized and
directed to execute all documents necessary to complete the conveyance
of Parcel 14B, pursuant to the proposed Development Contract between
the City of Lakeville and Ashland, Inc.
