DRUG ENFORCEMENT FUND BUDGET
BE IT RESOLVED, by the .City Council of the. City of Lakeville, Minnesota, that the following
Drug Enforcement Fund Budget. is hereby approved and amended for the fiscal year ending
December 31, 2001,

ADJUSTMENT
(1) Increase appropriations for police officer union contract settlements in 2001
with an offsetting reduction in December 31, 2001. Fund Balance.
Personnel Services -Union Contract Settlement 2.436
Reduce Fund. Balance December 31, 2001 (2,436)
(2) All future drug enforcement police activities will be accounted for in the General
Fund beginning January 1, 2002. Transfer the residual balance remaining in the fund
to the General. Fund as of December 31, 2001.

Reduce Fund Balance December 31, 2001 (1,864)
(3) Adjust'the budgeted January 1, 2001 Fund Balance to reflect the actual
