HomeMy WebLinkAbout01-217 CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Date December 3, 2001 Resolution No. 01-217 Motion by Bellows Seconded by Mulvihill RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 96-232 DESIGNATING EXEMPT AND NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT (FLSA) WHEREAS, the City is required to comply with the United States Fair Labor Standards. Act (FLSA); and WHEREAS, Campbell, Knutson P.A. have submitted an opinion on the attached listing of positions, declaring said positions as exempt; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville that. Resolution 96-232, dated December 18, 1996 be rescinded and replaced with the attached amended schedule of City positions designated as exempt effective January 1, . 2002. All remaining City positions are designated as nonexempt. APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville this 3rd day of December 2001.
