Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to adopt the attached resolution
ordering the distribution and published notice of the Environmental Assessment Worksheet
(EAW) for Airlake 70 Industrial Park located east of Cedar Avenue and south the extension of
County Road 70.
Passage of this motion will result in the distribution of the draft EAW for the proposed Airlake 70
development to the required review agencies and publication in the Environmental Quality
Board (EQB) Monitor. Review agencies will have 30 days in which to comment.
Airlake Development Inc. owns 66 acres of property located southeast of the intersection of

Development's consultant, RLK Inc. on the preparation of the Draft EAW. A copy of the
complete EAW is included in the Council's packet.
Staff recommends that the Council approve the resolution ordering distribution and publication
of the Airlake 70 EAW.
