RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINALPLAT OF SPRING HILL
WHEREA
S, the owner of the plat described as Sprang Hill has requested final
plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the final plat was reviewed by the Planning Commission, the
Environmental Affairs Committee, and the Parks and Recreation Committee; and
WHEREAS, the final plat is acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by thelakeville City CounciL•
1. The final plat of Spring Hill is hereby approved subject to the developer's
execution of the development contract and bond requirements.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed o sign the development
contract, the temporary turnaround easement agreement, and the final -plat
mytars.
3. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
Dakota County Recorder.
