AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167.
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
' n 1. Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-2, Single
Family Residential District, B-4, General Business District, and I-1, Limited
Industrial District to BC, Business Campus District the following described land
located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota:
The south 1/2 of the southeast 1/4 and the east 243.83 feet of the southeast
1/4 of the southwest 1/4, all in Section 25, Township 114, Range 21.
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not. be republished to
show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the
zoning map on file in the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the
rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations,
references and other information shown thereon are hereby. incorporated by
reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
c ion 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 17th day of April, 1995.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section l..Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended

the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota:
