RESOLUTION NO. 11 -32
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
SALE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY
(BICYCLES)
WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville has unclaimed property (bicycles) held over sixty (60)
days, after which time it may be sold at public auction; and
WHEREAS, a public auction is scheduled to take place on Thursday, May 5, 2011,
commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the Lakeville Water Treatment Facility (barn) located at
18400 Ipava Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the unclaimed property (bicycles)
described on Schedule A, attached hereto, is hereby authorized to be sold to the
highest bidder at a public auction on Thursday, May 5, 2011; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the Contract with Valek Auctioneering.
