AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 36.5 OF THE LAKEVILLE
ZONING ORDINANCE CONCERNING BUILDING SETBACKS
IN THE B-2, RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 36.5 of the Lakeville Zoning Ordinance is amended to read:
36.5 Lot Requirements and Setbacks. The following requirements shall be
observed m a'B-2" District subject to additional requirements,
exceptions and modifications set forth in this Ordinance.
1 Lot Area: 10,000 square feet
2 Lot Width: 100 feet
3 Setbacks:
a) Front Yards: Not less than thirty (30) feet.
b) Side Yards: Not less than twenty (20) feet on any one side, nor
less than thirty (30) feet on the side yard
abutting a street.
c) Rear Yards:. Not less than thirty (30) feet.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 7th. day of February, 1994.
