to install two 10,000 gallon underground storage tanks for gasoline
or diesel fuel at 8333 210th St. W.

4. Public hearing on the application of Sue Birkholz for a conditional
use .permit and variance to construct a new .house on lot l of
Arland Park Addition within 1,000 feet'of Orchard Lake.

5. Public hearing on the application of James A. Buck for a conditional
use permit to construct a new house on lots 27 and 28, block 3,

8. Public hearing on the application of Lakeville Parking, Inc.. to

residential, to CBD-C, Central Business District-Commercial.

9. Final plat approval for the Meadows Second ,Addition located north
of the .First Addition, north of 208th Street West and between
