HomeMy WebLinkAbout0528 ORDINANCE NO. 528 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167 BEING THE ZONING-0RDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-A, Single Family-Residential Agricultural District to R-2, Single Family Residential District the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota: (See Exhibit A) Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove .provided for in this Ordinance, .and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Section 3. This Ordinance shalt be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 5th day of July, 1994.
