VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
•
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has .conducted a public hearing,
preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider vacating the following
described drainage and utility easements;.and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to
vacate said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The following drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated:
A) Side lof line drainage and utility easements for RADEMACHER
.ADDITION:
i. The South 10.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1
ii. The North 1.0.00 feet of Lot 1, .Block 1
iii. The East 20.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1
B) Sanitary sewer easement over the East 15.00 feet of that part of Outlof
A, ROLLING OAKS SOUTH, (currently platted as RADEMACHER
• ADDITION}, per Document No. 213177 (torrens).
C) .Parcel 9A street, drainage and utility. easement per Document Nos..
813902 (abstract) and 194792 (torrens). Parcel 9A was dedicated with
the platting of RADEMACHER ADDITION.
D) That part of Parcel 8A street, drainage, and utility easement per
Document Nos. 813902 .(abstract) and 194792 (torrens) described as
• follows:
i. Said Easement lying north of a line which is 40 feet south of an parallel with
the following described line hereinafter referred to as Line A: Commencing
at the southwest corner of Outlot A, Gopher Mini-Storage First Addition,
Dakota County, Minnesota; thence South 07 degrees 03 minutes 30
seconds West (assumed bearing) along the prolongation of the west line of
said Outlot A, Gopher Mini-Storage First Addition, Dakota County,
Minnesota, a distance of 48.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of said
Line A to be described; thence South 86 degrees 33 minutes 17 seconds
East, a distance of 473.82 feet and there terminating. The south line of said
easement is to be lengthened or shortened to terminate on the easterly line
of Kenrick Avenue.
E) .Parcel 9A street, drainage and utility easement per :Document Nos. 836013
(abstract) and 201432 (torrens). Parcel 9A was dedicated with the platting of
RADEMACHER.ADDITION. •
F) .That Part of Parcel 8A street, drai-Wage, .and utility easement per Document
Nos. 836013_ (abstract) and 201432 (torrens) described as follows:
i. Said Easement lying north of a .line which is 40 feet south of and parallel with the
following described line hereinafter referred to as Line A: Commencing at the
southwest corner of Outlot A, Gopher Mini-Storage First Addition, Dakota
County, Minnesota; thence South 07 degrees 03 minutes 30 seconds West.
(assumed bearing) along the prolongation of the west line of said Outlot A,
Gopher-Mini=Storage First Addition, Dakota.County, Minnesota, a distance of
48.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of said Line A #o be described; thence
S 86 degrees 33 minutes 17 seconds East, a distance of 473:82 feet and there
terminating. -The south line of said easement is to be lengthened or shortened to
terminate on the easterly line of Kenrick Avenue.
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
County. Recorder.
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 18th day of December, 2000.
