HomeMy WebLinkAbout00-302 CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION Date December 11, 200© Resolution No, 00-302 Motion By Luick Seconded By Bellows RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CAR ALLOWANCES WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Police Chief, Director of .Operations and Maintenance, Community and Economic Development Director, Building Official, Director of Parks and Recreation, and Director of Liquor Operations are required to drive their privately owned cars as part of their job duties. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lakeville: a) Effective January-1, 2001, the City Engineer, Police Chief and Director of Operations and Maintenance shall each be paid a $425.00 per month car allowance. In addition, these employees shall be reimbursed on a per mile basis at the rate provided under IRS . regulations for travel outside of the seven-county metropolitan area. b) Effective January 1, 2001, the Community and Economic Development Director, Director of Parks and Recreation, birector of Liquor Operations and Building Official shall each be paid a $292.00 per month car allowance, In addition, these employees shall be reimbursed on a per mile basis at the rate provided under IRS regulations for travel outside of the seven-county metropolitan area.
