RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND SETTING A BID.DATE
.FOR LAKEVILLE AREA ARTS CENTER /HART HALL RENOVATION
CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~~-19
WHEREAS, on May 15, 2000. City Council authorized an Architectural Service
Agreement. with Grooters, Leapaldt, Tideman Architects and a Construction Management
Services.. Agreement with Greystone Construction Company for the renovation of Hart Hall,
City Improvement Project 00-19; and
WHEREAS, the .City approved the sale of .General Obligation Tax Increment
Bonds :Series 1999B in .December 1999 which provided the financing for the renovation of
Hart Hall, City Improvement Project 00-19; and
WHEREAS Grooters Lea aldt Tideman Architects and Gre stone Construction

..Company have completed plans and specifications for the project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that plans and specifications and bid
packages for the Lakeville Area Arts Center /Hart Hall renovation will be advertised as
required and opened at 2:00 PM on November 28, 2000 at City Hall, .20195 Holyoke
Avenue, Lakeville, MN 55044.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 20"' day of
October 2000.
