RESOLUTION DEFERRING PAYMENT OF CERTAIN SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 91-3
WHEREAS, on November 16, 1998, the City levied special assessments for the- County
Road 46/CSAH 5/I-35 interchange reconstruction, Improvement Project 91-3; and
WHEREAS, the followingparcels were assessed in contemplation that the parcel would be
combined with contiguous property:
PID No. 22-00110-010-06
PID No. 22-00110-030-OS
PID No. 22-00110-010-07
(collectively "Subject Parcels"); and
WHEREAS, title to the Subject Parcels is currently held by Dakota County; and
• WHEREAS, Dakota County has requested that future payment of the special assessments
be deferred until the parcels are developed.
NOW, THEREFORE,_BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville,
Minnesota:
1. The payment of special assessments levied by the City for City Improvement Project
91-3, commencing with payments due in 2001, is deferred with interest accruing.
The deferment shall end when the parcels .are "developed", that is :platted,
subdivided, issuance of a building permit or combined under common ownership
with another abutting parcel
2. A copy of this Resolution is directed to be filed with the appropriate Dakota County
officials.
ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 2000, by the City Council of the City of Lakeville,
Minnesota.
