RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION
WHEREAS, The City of Lakeville accepts grants and donations from
organizations and individuals to enhance the delivery of specific public safety services;
and
WHEREAS, Wensmann Brothers Construction, Inc., has offered. to donated $50
to the City of Lakeville Police Department for use in the fitness program; and
WHEREAS, The Lakeville Police Department would like to accept this donation
for use in this program; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real
• or personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the governing
body.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Lakeville accepts the donation from Wensmann Brothers Construction, Inc.; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lakeville and the Police
Department sincerely thanks this organization for their generous donation.
