' LAKEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
The regular meeting of May 28, 1970 was called to order at
8:05 P.M. Present; Clay, Van Bellinger,. Lau and. Murphy. Absent; .Sayers
and Antolik.
1. Motion by VanBellinger seconded by Lau to approve the minutes of the May
14, 1970 Planning Commission meeting as read. Motion carried.
2. Mrs. Elizabeth Jensen-mobile home permit.
Motion by Murphy seconded by Lau to recommend approval to the Village
Council of the request of Mrs. Jensen pxovded she obtain the .signature..
of the property owner to the south. Motion carried..
3. Mr. Ben Ryks-United Building Center variance and permit.
Motion by Murphy seconded by VanBellinger to recommend to the Village
Council that the variance and building permit be granted. Motion carried.
4. Charles Benolkin-mobile home permit.
Motion by VanBellinger seconded. by Lau to recommend to the Village Council
that this request be denied. Motion carried..
5. Mrs. Mills- a discussion was held on placing a mobile home on the...

6. Planning Commission- a discussion was held on potential replacements.
7. Motion by VanBellinger seconded by Lau to adjourn at 9:35 P.M. Motion carried.
