Absent; :Lau. 1 Motion by VanBellinger seconded by Antalik to approve the minutes of the June 11, 1970 meeting as read. Motion carried. 2. Wilda Mills- mobile home. Applicant asked for a postponement of heaving until Aug. 27, 1970 meeting. 3. Stanley E. Ko~stad - mobile~'ho~otion-by Van6elinger seconded by Sayers - that this request be granted. Motion carried. 4. Rosemount Partitions Inc. 'Hitchcock Ind. Inca Motion by VanBel linger seconded by Sayers to recommend to the Vilaage Council thaw a permit be granted to construct and maintain a commercial building, 'Motion carved with Clay abstaining. 5~ R; F. .Kirkman Co. -rezoning to commercial Ind. and building permit.. a. Motion by Clay seconded by Sayers to recor~nend to the .:Village Council that the rezoning request be gran ed. Motion carried. 6' Tl1ges Realty Incorporated, final plat of 'Park Terrace 3rd Addition. Motion 'by Clay seconded by VanBeliinger to recommend' o the Village Council the Park. Terrace 3rd Addition final plat be accepted provided the ZQ foot Utility and drainage easement also include park access. A discussion was held on keeping a mobile home behind the Taxaco Station an 50 & 35W. 9: Recommendation to fill vacancy.: on Planning Commission. Motion by Antolik seconded by Sayers to recommend to the Village Council that Joel Haglund be appoin ed to the Planning Cc~mmssion. Motion carried.
