The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village. of
Lakeville was held: on November 12, 1970 at 8;00 p.m.
rTembers present: Sayers, Dunham, .Clay, Antolik,`Van Bellinger,
Haglund. Absent: Lau.
The minutes of October 29, 1970 meeting were read.; Motion by ,Sayers,
secondedby ~Iaglund to `approve the minutes as read 'and corrected.
Motion carried'.,
1. Pubd.iC hearing 'of Jesco Inc. and ,Felix J. Sazenski for placing and
keeping a mobil home. Motion by Van Bellinger, :seconded.: by"Antolik
'`to recommend to 'the Vllage'Council that this application be denied.
Motioxy carried.
2. Public'hearing.of Shubert'Outdoor Advertising Co. for special use
permit to erect sins or billboards. A sign to be located north of
hi~aay 50 and 35W on the Hugh Dawson farm. This sign to be 10x36.`
Motion by Sayers, seconded by Haglund to recommend to the Village
Council that ..this permit be granted.. Motion carried.
B. Sign to be locatedc:approximatly 30Qr:ft. south of Co. Hiway 50 and
'35W on the M. G. Astelford property, .this sign: to be 12 x 60. .Motion
by VanBellanger seconded by Dunham 'to recommend to the village council
this this permit be granted. Motion carried.
3. Public hearing of AquariusSwim-~ Pool Co,Inc.`for Special use-permit
and rezone from R l C to B 4. Motion by,;Sayers seconded by Haglund to
recommend to the Village Council that this request be granted subjec
to Special use for swin pool. display and sales. Voting Aye Sayers,
Dunham, .Clay, Haglund, VanBellanger. Nay_Antolik: .
4. Public hearing of Mrs Agner and Elizabeth Seely for Special use `permit
fore gravel pit permit use. This hearing has been tabled-to Nov. 25 at
which time site plans will be submitted.
5. Continuation of Public hearing of Oct. 29,.1970 of Mr. Richard Todd to
rezone land from°R 1 C to R 3 A. Motion. by Haglund seconded by Van-
Bellanger to 'postpone '.this to Nov.'16,` at .which time Mr. Todd will
provide a site plan showing Location of buildings and :street dedication.

6 Mr. Rasmussen request inforr,~ation on rezoning of land located onthe South
West corner of Holyoke and Co. Road 70.
7. Motion by VanBellanger seconded by Haglund to ad3ourn at 11:00 P. M.
