` VILLAGE OF LAKEVILLE PLANNIIJG COMMISSION
February 11, 1971
The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Lakeville
was held at 8:00.p.m. Feburary 11, 1971
Members present: Sayers, Dunham, Lau, Clay, Antolik, Van Bellinger, Haglund.
1. The following public hearings for placing and keeping mobile homes have been
approved and recommended to the Village. Council. that they be granted.
1. Walter King Sr.
2. Robert Steffenhaugen

5. Robert Fehler
2. Public hearing of Charles K. Irish for placing and keeping a mobile home.
Motion by Sayers, seconded by Dunham to table this hearing to February 25,
1971. Plotion carried.
3. Public hearing of Mra. George Agner for placing and keeping a mobile home.
:Motion by Van Bellinger, seconded by Sayers to waive fee for 120 days as
the mobile home is vacant and for sale. .Motion carried.
4. Mr. Hallenback of Four Star Corp, requested information for preliminar

platting of land near. Glenn Addition.
5. Mr. Brad: Johnson requested information regarding the construction of a 10
unit apartment building.
6. Mr. A1ki Dimassis requested a permit for moving a home located at 35W & Hiway
50. This home to be moved approximately one mile south on Hiway 50. Motion
by Haglund,. seconded by Antolik to recommend to the Village Council to deny
this request as this home does not conform tothe Village Ordinance. Voting
"aye" Sayers, Dunham, Antolik, Van Bellinger, Haglund. "nay." Lau,, .Abstaining,
Clay.
7. Vern Donnay requested a moving permit to move one model .home to a nearby site.
Motion by Van .Bellinger, seconded by Dunham to recommend to the Village
Council to grant .this. permit. Motion carried.
8. Motion by Van Bellinger, seconded by Haglund that the following: Robert Jensen,
Jerry Stanley be appointed to the Planning Commission of the .Village of
Lakeville,.also that the following be appointed for the following terms:.
1 year: Ronald Van Bellinger,. Robert..Jensen
2 year: Jerry Stanley, John Antolik, Henry Lau
3 year: Denny Dunham, Joel. Haglund,
Motion carried.
9. Motion by Ven.Bellinger, seconded., by Antolik to adjourn at 10:40 p.m.
Motion carried.
