The regular meeting, of the. Lakeville Planning Commission .was .called to
order at 8:00 p.m. June 24, 1971'
members.. present: Dunham, Stanley,, Lau, ,Jensen,Antolik, Haglund. Absent:
VanBellinger.

The minutes of ,June 10 1971.. meeting .were read. Motion by Lau, seconded
by to apprdve the minutes as read. Motion carried.
°1. Public hearing of r1r. Dan Churchill for placing. and keeping a mobile
home. Motion by Haglund, seconded 'by Antolik to .recommend to the-Village
Council to grant,tYiis permit. Motion Carried.
2. Public hearing of L & U Inc. for final hearing on plat. Motion by Lain,
seconded by Stanley to recommend. approval of final plat subject. to transfer
of deed of dedicated park land to Village from L & 0 Inc. 'Mo ion carried,
3. Public hearing of Mr.~Frank carrell for variance to lot: size. Motion_by
Jensen, seconded by Dunham to recommend to Village Council to grant this
variance. Dunham, Jensen, Haglund, Antolik "aye". Lau, Stanley "nay".
Motion carried.
4. Public hearing 'of Lad .Holding Co.
1. Conditional use permit and variance to the ordia~nce for Outlot E,
Valley Park 3rd Addition.
(a) Conditional use permit:
Motion by Lau, seconded by Haglund to recommend to Village
Council to grant conditional use Hermit. Motion Garriect_,
(b) Variance to ordinance:
Motion by.Antolik, seconded by .Stanley to recommend to Village
Council to grant this. variance. Motion carried.
2. Rezoning of land from R-1C to R-3B.
'(a) Motion by Lau, seconded by Jensen to recommend to Village
Council to grant this rezoning. subject to perimeter set back
of buildings and phase markings on site plan. Motion carried.
(b) Motion by Stanley, seconded by Lau to recommend to Village
Council that 5% of cost of .undeveloped land in lieu of park
land be accepted on this and future multiple developments.
Motion carried.
5. Continuation'of public hearing of Dynasty Investment Corp. for rezoning
of land from K-1C to R-3C. Said land is located on Co. Road 46,Sec. 4,
Twp. 114, R 20.
