Members present: Lau, Dunharr, Antolik, VanBel finger. Ahsent: Stanley, Haglund. The minutes of June. 24, 1971 meeting were read. Motion by VanBellinger, seconded'by Dunham to approve. theminutes as amended. C~lotioncarried. 1. Public hearing of Richard h9. 4Jalz for variance to the side and front set back ordinance. f~1otion by,VanBellinger, seconded by Dunham to recommend: to Village Council to grant these bariances: Motion carried. 2. Public hearing of Robert Laddusaw for rezoni nc~ from R-1 B to R-2 . Motion.: by Lau, seconded by Antolik to table this hearing to July 29, 1971 due to lack of information. 3. Public hearing of dir. & •f1rs. Henry Rgnonti for construction of a pre-fob Wausau N©me.- Motion by VanBellinQer, seconded by Dunham to recommend to Village Council to grant this permit. fV1otion carried. 4. Public hearing of Jesco Inc. for placing and keeping a mobile home. Motion • by Antolik, seconded by Lau to recommend to Village Council to deny: this permit. Motion carried. 5. Public hearing of Denny P. Dunham for special use permit for `gravel pit use. This hearing is referred to 1tilJage Council as Planning Commission lacked a'quorum to vote. 6. Ruth Hallsten of L.H.` Nagle Co. and John Karsko of Jesco Sand & Gravel-Co. requested information:regardipg gravel pit use. - 7.
