P~1embers present: Dunham, Brandes, Lau, Antolik, Haglund. Absent: Stanley, VanBellinger. The minutes of November ll, 1971 were read. -Motion by Brandes, seconded by Dunham to approve the minutes as read. Motion;-carried. 1. Public hearing of Bradford and Audrey: Johnson for rezoning from B-3 to R-3C and variance as to lot size. Motion by Brandes, seconded by Antolik to table this hearing to December. 9, ]971: Motion tarried. 2. Mr. Bernie Grubisch of Airlake industrial Park-submitted plans and requested building permit for addition of 100X200 ft. to Rosernount Partition building. Motion by Lau, seconded.: by Brandes to recommend to Vil1 age Council to grant this permit. Motion carried. 3. Continuation of public hearing of Thomas Wakely Investment Co. A. Motion by Lau, seconded .by Dunham to recommend to Village Council to approve.. preliminary plan subject to recommendation of Park and Recreation as to dedication of :park land or money in lieu of park land,` and of Village Engineer on water drainage and street grades. Fiotion carried. B. Motion-by Brandes, seconded by Dunham to recommend to Village Council to grant permit for one building"at this time. Plotion carried. 4. Mr. Bouchard requested information on rezoning of land on Ipava Ave. 5. Discussion on amendment: to Village Ordinance: i. Section 1~b Motion,by Haglund, seconded by Brandes to include riding stables under 7.2, conditional uses. h9otion - carried. Opposed ,'Lau. Section 2. :Approved. Section 3. Delete. Section 4. Approved, also should pertain to 5.2, itern 1. Section 5. Approved, add the word adjacent after existing on line 4.- Section 6. Approved. Motion by Brandes, seconded by Haglund to approve the amendments. Motion carried. 6.
