Members presents Asmus, Clay, Mayer, Sayers & Simones. I, The public hearing of L, N, Gephart, Inc. for rezoning to c~pnxnercial- industrial, for application for a building permit far warehouse purposes, and request for possible variances in setback linxi~ts on the following described Land situated in Dakota County, Minnesota. to-wit; That part of the Chieago, Milwaukee, St, Paul and Pacific Railway Company's station ground property in the Village of Lakvil2e, County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, lying Northerly of aline nrawn parallel to and 8.~ feet Northerly of the Centex iine of said railway company's most Northerly sidetrack as now laid out and operating and extending easterly from the East line of Walnut Street to-the West .line of Lot A, Yung Addition. Motion by Asmus that Planning Commission recommend to ~il2age Council That property be zoned commercial-industrial. Seconded by Sayers, Motion carried, Motion by Asmus that Planning Commission recommend to Village Council that building permit be issued to L. N, Gephart, Inc for a warehouse on the above described property and that a variance be granted to allow a S4 foot wide building commencing $,S feet from the centerline of the railroads most northerly sidetrack.,, Seconded by Mayer, Motion Carried.. 2. The public hearing Minnreg, Inc. for a building permit at Minnreg Park located in the Niet~,, Section l4, 'Township 114, Range 21, Dakota County. The purpose of said building will be to serve as a clubhouse for Minn- reg,`Inc..: Motion by flay, that the Planning Commission recommend to the Villaghe Council building permit be granted, Seconed by Asmus. Motion Carried. 3. t+iotion by Clay that the Planning Commission recommend to the Village Council that-the Village Council inform Airlake Industrial Park of Airlake Industrial Park's responsibilities in regard to the Sub-:division ordinance. It is understood that sub-divisions have taken place without compliance of the Sub-division ordinance. Seconded, by Sayers, Nation Carried, 4. Adjournment at 11sfl0 P.
