June.`18, 1968. Members present: Clay, Laus Murphy, .Sayers, Simones and Van :Bellinger, Absent: l+~ayer. 1, The pezblic hearing of R. The public hearing of Sichem, Inc. for a commercil•iriustrial buiid`ing pere~it. The legal notice showing the correct legal description is attached and forms a germanent gart of these records, Motion by Robert Sayers, seconded by Henry Lau tc rec to the Village Council the building permit be issued. Motion carried. 3. Motion by Robert Sayers, seconded by Roland Simones that. the Village Council review the minutes of the Aug. 31, 1967 Planning Con~nisson Meeting regarding the approval of public hearings on zoned land for coemereial• industrial building permits. Motion carried. • 4. 2t tras recoc~amended by R~?ert Sayers that there should be some method of co-ordinating soils types and uses. A committee was appointed consisting of Robert Sayers, Roland Simonsa.and Henry Lau to find means of effecting this. 5. It was recommended by Jerome Clay thatapark cc~amittee be fos~red to _ work oa location, salection, purchase and development ~rf parks aACt rec• ' reational uses, Committee appointed was James Mayer, Ron Van Bellinger and Bernard Murphy. 6.
