i LAKEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES.
The regular meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M., Aug. 28, 1969..
..Members. present.:. C1 ay, Lau, Antolik, Van Bellinger and Murphy.
1. Motion by Lau seconded'by Antolik to approve the minutes of July 28, Aug.
14, 1969 and; Aug. i8, 1969 meetings as read. Motion carried.
2. James Haley-Mobile home permit..
Motion by Clay seconded by Murphy to recommend to the Village Council
they deny this request because `mobile home owner doesnt own the
property where mobile home is to be located. Motion carried.
3. Laun L. Aiken-Mobile home permit.
Motion by Lau seconded by Van Bellinger to recommend to the Village
Council that a variance be gran ed on :;this request because property
owner needs someone on property for security reasons.. Motion carried.
4. James Klehn-Mobile home permit.
Motion by Antolik seconded by Van Bellinger to recommend to the Village
Council they deny this. request because it would be in a platted area
and mobile home owner down°t own ..property. Clay, Antolik, Vane Bellinger
and Murphy for wfth Lau abstaining.
• 5. Mr. Kirk-Addition; to Farmers. Union Building.
Becaeae of a misunderstanding on the hearing there was a motion by Clay
seconded by Lau to watlre the fty dollar expense of a special hearing.
Motion carried. ~1v~.
6. John R. Leonard-Mobile home permft.
Motion by Clay ~~econded by 'Lau to recommend to the Village Council
they deny this request because mobile home owner doesn't own the
property. Clay, Lau, Antolik and Murphy for and Van Bellinger opposed.
7. Air Lake Industrial Park.-Platting
Motion by Van Bellinger seconded by Murphy to recommend to the
Village Council that Airlake Industrial Park plat 660 feet on the East
and West sides of Hamburg. Ave. from Highway 50 south to Eureka
Township's North line by December 11, 1969, or no further building
permits'wil be acted upon. Antolik, Van Bellinger, Lau and Murphy
for with Clay abstaining.
8. Airlake Industrial Park-Thorwyn Mfg/ Co. budding permit.
Motion by Clay seconded by Lau to recommend-to the Village Council that
the procedure be varied on Thorwyn Mfg. Co.'s request for a building
permit because cif the limited time allowed Airlake Industrial Park
for completion of building and that construction be allowed, at the
Vi l i age Counci 1 's discretion with. the understandi ng that the publ i c
hearing will be held 'on the..l5th of Sept., 1969. Motion carried.
John Herkal-requested information on sub-division ordinance.
10. M.G. Astleford-rezoning and operating a gravel pit.
Motion by Clay seconded by Antolik to recommend to the Village Council
'that they deny the rezoning for a gravel permit. Motion carried.
11. R11 legal notices and descriptions are attached to these minutes
andform a permanent part. of this record..
12. Motion by Antolik seconded by Van. Bellinger to adjourn at 11:40 P.M.
Motion carried.
