Motion by Simones seconded by Murphy to table permit for further
study. .Motion carried.

4• Robert Goble--mobile home permit on Harris property.
_Motion by-Van Bell nger seconded by Simones. to recommend to the
Village Council that a variance be granted as mobile home owner
doesn't own the property where it is to be placed.- Van Bellinger,
Simones, Sayers and Antolik for and Clay, Lau and .Murphy opposed.
5. A11 legal notices and descriptions are attached and forma permanent
part of these minutes.
