HomeMy WebLinkAbout01-29-76 A LAKEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES THURSDAY JANUARY 29,:1976 MUNICIPAL BUILDING AIRLAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK s Chairman J. Antolik called the meeting to order with members Antolf, Lutgens, Campbell, Jo jade, Baumgartner and Hazel answering roll .call. G. Spa nde was absent. Planner S. Ryan and Administrator P. McGarvey also present. The minutes of the meeting held January 1,5th were read. 76.14 Lutgeaas-Jo jade made motion to approve the minutes as read. Motion carried. A reviewal of Council meeting minutes of January 19th was made. P. McGarvey reported that mobile home owner, Mike Gephaxt, had bean in that day and stated he had plans to sell his trailer, he is not living in it presently, and no one is going to be living in it. 76.16 Motion to renew the M. Gephart mobile home permit for period of one .year was made byAntolik and seconded by Lutgens. Motion carried by unanimous vote--Antolik, Lutgens, Jo jade, Baumgartner, Campbell, Iiazel__ all voting ways r~. Representatives of Imperial Plastics, located in Airlake Park, Curt Rue and John Gambell, w®re present and showed plans for the construction of two silos they desire. They need storage for natural plastic resin pellets; this will.. be like a bulk tank. 76.16 Jojade-Campbell moved and seconded to recommend approval of Imperial Plastics building permit. Motion carried by unanimous vote--same order as Motion No. 76.15. A reviewal of the new Planning Commission Ordinance that will have its first reading before Council next Monday eve. , and the four areas of changes, was made by P. McGarvey. He also gave a report on the mobile home that is near Roy Fehler~s in NE Lakeville without permit. Atts~npts have. been made to see the people who live there, bath by Inspector and a letter has been written, sent by certified mail. An answer has not so far been received. Chairman Antolik made the Commission of different seminars and meetings pertain- ing to planning, that aelegates might wish to attend. The next meeting of Planning Commission will be next Thursday, p'ebruary Stn.
