Antalik, G. Spande, J. Jojade, and S, Ryan, R. Knutson, P. McGarvey, and D. Zuan. Mr. Jim Weitzel was present with plans for an addition to his building located an 162nd Street and East 35W Service Road. The building will require a decorative front, shrubbery plantings. Mr. Weitzel is asked to bring an application with approach and parking shown, and a site plan. The property is located in a B-~+ zoning. Fences in the City of Lakeville was next topic of discussion. Materials received from P. McGarvey were examined, particularly pertaining to Metro Ldaste Control Commission's plan of sewer development. Regarding the Shoreland Ordinance, there will be requirements from DNR, probably in rnid-April. Minimum requirement for body of water to be considered a lake is ten acres. A lake is classified GD, RD, or NE--or a combination of these. GD stands for General Development, RD is Recreational Development, and NE, is Natural Environmental. A normal-highwater lake can change. Any plans have to be run through DNR. It is necessary to await lake classifications from DNR. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Emond, of Farmington, who do truck farming on 28 acres to the south of Mrs, Mayme Berres', were present to discuss their building plans for a 32' x 72' pole building to be located 200' back from 210th Street, on this land, The purpose of the building is to house machinery and to use to sort their produce, rather than having to haul it back to their home. Eventually, they would like to build a home here. The Home Occupation Ordinance was discussed by Councilman D. Zuan. There is the possibility of removing this from Zoning Ordinance No. ~F2 and making it a separate ordinance. There is some concern about granting conditional-use permits at this time, because of setting a p®ssible precedent. Discussions ended at 11:15 PM. Respectfully submitted, mek
