Hrad Johnson was present and explained his plans for building another apartir_ent building, .near the present complex on 210th Street., $e showed plans that had been drawn by ~eichselbaum Archticts, a few years ago, and which he ~rishes to use now, also . J. 1~tolik mentioned that this property is presently zoriez~"~4, which would make it necessary to 'hold a public hearing, and all property owners within 150' of the site would need '`w be notified. Two variances would he needed, it was thought--one regarding lot size and the other on setbacks from property line. K. Lutgens asked ii 3r ad had to maze any provisions for ha,ndicap?ed, etc.? Brand replied, 'bne unit'. Asaus asked about insulating--reply has it had to oe 10 ~ hick in places. _ Tom Loucks asked for !more details--such as size of parxino lot ana numoer of spaces, green area, landscape glan--as these all help to evaluate the roolea~'~. Brad was advised to meet planner's suggestions and return witn puolc nearing before Planning Commission on December 2nd. Brad would lime to begin ouilaing on Dec. 7th. Next its on the agenda was discussion with 2~r. Da.onon who showed and .explained site plan and .building elan for building in Airlake. Mr. Dagnon does crop spraying with airplanes. Upon questioning, Mr. Dagnon declared there would be'no storing of chemicals in this building. 76.166 Motion by Hazel-Asmus to approve the plans. of Mr, Dagnon, ....subject to aaproval of ~ildirig Inspector and State Building•Codes. Co~rsmission was informed that Fortune Realty is preparing a PUD on heir proposal at Hwy 50 .and 185th Street. Inspector Langord spoke of an excavating problem at Oak Shores of Hob Hoff' s. It was thought that a way to circa.-vent these proble^~s in the future might be for the t lambing inspector and the engineer to exl::ine below-grade va_ri..ances. r:e a??c~_~ng ! ~esoluti.on is asked, with this thought ~_n mind; RESOLUTION: .Planning Commission is asking Council to have the Plumbing Inspector; a., ma:{e an investigation of sewer invert ,elevation, 2nd b. plumbing Inspector be present and review all aertinent information before it comes to the Planning. Commission, before considering .variances. Zbm Loucks made three :suggestions re above plu~rlbing problem; a. possibili ty of tunneling, b. put in a pump, and c. dig straight down. T.
