Haglund called the. meeting to order at 8:00 P.M. Answering roll call were: Haglund Antolik, Campbell, Lutgens, Jojade. The minuter of the January 30th meeting were approved by Haglund- Antolik. Motion carried. Councilman D. Zaun attended and explained his research on trailers. There were, principally, six fields of discussion and planning ..that filled the meeting time: (1) Regulation of mobile homes in the City of Lakeville, with the objective of eventually having all mobile homes in mobile parks. (Commissioners had received Bloemin~ton's zoning ordinance at this meeting and will receive. Burnsville' when these minutes are mailed to them. Mr. Zaun's research paper is filed with these minutes.) (2) Council's .adopted policy of 2/10/75 of filling committee's vacancies was discussed. (Members had each received a copy of thus policy at this meeting.). Idea of precints for the City was re-opened.: The thought that thisidea was agood one seemed unanimous. (3) A letter from Administrator Diek Hogan dated February 6th, and a copy of capital improvements program pertaining to roads, had been received by Commissioners prior to this meeting. This is to be re-opened at next meeting, .February 27th, when Commissioners will have given the subject more time and thought. From time to time there are meetings held on County and State level, which Planning Commissioners would like to attend, but learn of meeting datetoolate to attend. It was felt .that to realize maxi- mum value from these meetings that two Commissioners would like to attend. Mr. Hogan is to be asked that if he has. advance. notice of these meetings, would he pass the information to the Commission. (5) At the next meeting, February 27th, the following are to be asked to be present,. in regards to the above mentioned subjects: Attorney Farrell, Engineer Frigaard, Planner Ryan, Public Works .Director Robinette, and Councilmen Zaun and Brander. (6) Conditional use permit which will be item on February 27th, of Mr. Stanley Biggin, for. underground tank at Skelly Station, Vernon's Skelly Station, Hwy!s 35W and 50, was discussed. (Members had received copies of this legal hearing at this. meeting.) Members request copies of "Mobile Homes", #285x.1., in part; Burnsville's zoning ordinance; Council minutes of Feb. 10th; and Park and Rec Feb. 13th minutes-- (no .Water/Sewer meeting held), with their next .minutes' mailing..
