He wishes approval of a building permit fora 40' x 42' shop and parts building to be located about 35' south of barn, on his property on Cedar Av close to 202nd St. Haglund motioned to grant building permit, subject to is presenting site plan--and buildings ould have a decorative front. Antolik seconded.. Carried. DISCUSSION: Mr. Gail davis appeared with plans for developing area known as "Hack Farm", between Hwy 64 and Hwy 70, close to 35W. It was concensus of opinion that without water and sewer, nothing can be done at this time.- Mr. Geo Handel would .like to develop property which is part of the former Al Kreuser farm on 185th St into 2a A lots. Aquarius Swimming Pool (they presently have permit for outside storage) representative discussed a 40' x 60' warehouse they .desire. Three other firms {office space) are coming to this property location. Election of officers was held. Lutgens and VanBellinger nominated Lau and Antolik, whose terms had expired, to be members of Planning Commission. Brandes moved that nominations cease. Carried. Haglund nominated Lau for chairman, Lutgens 2nd. Brandes moved that the nom- inations be closed. Carried. Haglund nominated Brandes for vice-chairman, VanBellinger seconded. Lutgens • moved nominations cease. Carried. Secretary is John Antolik. Buss Ackerman, Building Inspector, explained possibilities of new. raises in building permits and plumbing permits--$10,000 valuation will be raised to $40, plumbing permits an adiitional $4. Planning Commissioners will attend Water and Sewer Meeting on 18th of April, 8:30 P.M. Motion to adjourn meeting by VanBellinger and Haglund at 10:35 P.M. Carried. Respectfully,
