Brandes and VanBellinger made and seconded the motion to approve the April 26th minutes. Carried. 48. Public~le r n Allen Clark, placing and kee ing mobile home at 12033 205t ate., was heard. Bob Clark (applicant's father) stated he wanted someone on the property for protection. Water for the trailer will be obtained from their well and there is a new septic plant. Public heaxin~, Four-Star Corporation, preliminary hearing on ;plat, land located in Glen Addition Lot~~;Dick Hollenbeck was Four Star representative. Ho7Lenbeck quoted Village Engineer as water and sewer being no problem here and will be available late summer, 1973. Cul-de-sac 700 feet long, seems to be the only feasible answer to property access problem. Addition to their present building will be 200' wide and 200' long and is proposed to be used as a warehouse for cartons and crates for their products. Preliminary plan was presented by Brad Johnson for an office building to be located on Aronson property adjoining Airlake'-a birch-veneered building. Lutgens motioned to ~ap,~,x~,ou~ preliminary building plan, with stipulation of obtaining signature of architect. Brandes 2nd. Ca~r~ed.. 55. Preliminary plans were presented for construction of an apart?uent building on Dennehey,p~op~xtX, northern part of "old" Lakeville. It will be identical to existing building and is to be dust north of .present building. Lau motioned to approve preliminary plans, subject to handicapped restrictions or stipulations. • Dunham seconded. Motion to adjourn the meeting by VanBellinger, 9:40 P.M.--seconded by Haglund.. Motion carried. Lutgens will read the minutes at the next council meeting.
