VanBellinger and Haglund made and seconded the motion to approve the minutes of the May 10th meeting. 56. Public hearing, Robert Stoneberg, placing and keeping mobile home at Antlers Park, Lot 0, Lot 9, Sec'. 30, T114, R20, was held. Haglund made motion to approve Stoneberg application, Dunham seconded. Motion carried. 57. Public hearing, Eleanore Wagner, conditional. use permit to keep roomer in R-1C zone, was heard. VanBellinger made motion to approve application of Eleanore Wagner for conditional use permit to keep roomer at 8430 208th St W, Park Terrace. 2nd Addition. Second was by Dunham. Time period was set at two years in the motion. Haglund voted nay. Motion carried. 58. Public hearing, R. F. Kirkman Co., for conditional use permit for outside storage was held.. Mr. Jack Werth, Kirkman representative, stated storage would be steel casing and drilling ec~i.pment--and that the surrounding land was zoned for outside storage. Mr. Joe Gunderson, neighbor, showed pictures of why he objected to the granting of this permit. Mr. Joe Gallagher wished to know if storage. would be on one or two pieces--was answered "one". Mr. Gunderson suggested that trees be planted to remedy the situation.. Haglund made motion to approve Kirkman application for conditional use permit for outside storage on Lot 1, B1 ock 3, Sec 36, T114, R21W, Highway 65, ~ mile south of 215th St,, sub3ect of landscaping of front, screening to the south. Lau seconded. Motion carried. 59. Public hearing, Indenpendent School Dist ~~194, underground storage tank of 30,000 gallons, was heard. This storage tank will be placed right next to one already in existence. Lutgens made motion to approve Dist 194 application for underground storage tank 30,000 gallons, at 21220 Holyoke Av. Public hearing, Prairie Investment Corp., to re-zone from R-1C to R-3C, 8.53 A,and re-zone 4.13 A to R-2. on land SE of the NE of Sec. 29, T114, R20W, with twelve exceptions. Planner Lee Starr was concerned. about the view from 205th St.--possible screening was his suggestion. Haglund made motion to approve Prairie Investment application for re-zoning and plans for planned unit development, subject to June 6th meeting of Village Engineer and Dakota County Soil Conservation regarding Water problem under r Highway 50 andgproposed property, and question of conditional use requirement permit, subject to number of requirements in apartment building on Page 9. Ordinance 42, paragraph 14.4, and also village attorney's legal opinion-- . sufficient screening should be provided adjacent parking area of proposed apartment site--all according to plans as submitted, dated May 31st, listed SP 1-2R-3R. Brandes seconded motion. Carried. 61. Dunham motioned and VanBellinger seconded, approval of plot plan for Granse expansion at Airlake, as presented by Mr. Bernie Brubi~h. Carried. Mr. Gail-Davis of Lakeville Planned Development, invited comments of Commis~t.on on area bounded by Old Minn. Hwy X665 on east, ~~64 on north, X70 on south--for possible light industry. Mr. Rollie Krueger explained proposed development of Vern Donnay of 160 A known as Hall Farm. 62. Haglund moved to approve building permit for C. W. Erickson for restaurant on Hwy 50, west of blacksmith shop. This will be a 5Q foot by 62 foot building, Motion was subject to submission of complete plans. Lutgens seconded the motion. Carried. Mr. Bob Sayers wished approval of soils presentation he wishes to make to County Commissioners on June 12th. Haglund moved, Antolik seconded, to approve this presentation. Haglund motioned to adjourn, Lutgens seconded. Time 10: 45 P.M. Dunham will read minutes at the next council meeting. Respectfully submitted,
