Ali. members were presents Lau, Haglund, VanBellinger, Antalik, Brandes, Lutgens, and Dunham, Landes and Lutgens made and seconded the motion to approve the minutes of the October 11th meeting. Motion carried. Tabled matter of advisability of Mr. Gerald Andersan~s building a guest home over his garage was reported by Brandes. Lcga1 opinion, as given him, was that this was not to be allowed since it constitutes a second-family dwelling on a single lot. ~~.~~~~~~g1 112. heari~Sg of Brookview Park ~ Stan Kolstad}, far Planned Unit Development conditional use ermit for z39.~ acres at County Raad an Ce ar Avenue was held« Mr. Robert Larson, representing Brookview Park people, introduced Mr. Carl Dale, who explained various maps and studies. Ile said that this is a concept, anl.y-- .development would come in stages-_probably single-family first. Copies of brochure, NZ3rookview Park, Tnc. General Plan of Devel~p- ment~~ were left with Planning Commission members--one of which i.s on file with these minutes, Lau .motioned to ~~,~~l,on with Lakeville Planner Lee Starr's recommendations in his October 2~th letter cancerni.ng Hraokview Park PUD concept, and approval of Village Attorney and Village IIzgineer. Haglund seconded, Motion carte. 113. Public hearing of Turner Enterprises for +3anditional userermit for outside storage on Denny Dunham farm at 10 3~1 21,~th Street W, was heard. Haglund motioned to grant conditional use permit far a one- . year period. Lutgens seconded. Motion carried. 114. Tt is the belief of the Planning Commission that Ordinance No. 42 should be amended regarding size of Plaruled Unit Developments, particularly large PUD's. Haglund made motion to recommend to the Lakeville Village Council that the Village Attorney and Planning Commission get together to expand Ordinance No. 42~ paragraph form 4.18, to include stake developments in the larger requests far PUD's. VanBellinger seconded. Motion carried. Antolik will read minutes at next Council meeting, Noveanber nth. Haglund and VanBellinger made and seconded the. motion to adjourn. Madan carried.
