. MINUTES OF THE LAKEVILLE PLANNING COI~lISSION THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 19`73
The regular meeting of the Lakeville Planning Commission was called
to order at 8:00 P M. Members present: Dunham, Lutgens, Brander, Antolik,
VanBellinger, and Haglund. Lau was absent..
The minuter of October 25th were read. Motion by Brander, seconded
by Lutgens, to approve the minutes as read. Motion carried.
115. Conditional use permit public hearing of Marcy'r Ceramics,
(Robert J. Wiemann), to operate__shop in home at 16230 Franchise
Avenue, was held. Motion by VanBellinger, second by Lutgens, to
postpone this matter to 29th of November. Motion carried.
116. Conditional use permit public hearing of Mel Erickson to operate
beauty shop in home at 210th Street and MNSR RR Right of Way,
S6~ of SE4, See 29, T114, R20W, was held. Mr. Erickson stated
that there will be no "on Street" parking. He wants to put in
two ehairr. Motion by Brander, second by Dunham, to grant thin
permit for one-year time period--and with only two chairs,
Motion carried.
117. Conditional use permit public hearing of Julian E. Sauser for
beauty shop in home at 8445 190th St W, part of SW~ of SW4 of
See 16, T 114, R20W, was heard. There will be one operator,
one chair, and two dryers in a 14' x 20' room, located on 4.95 A.,
with no parking problem. Motion by Lu,°t;~rns-,~ ~~~onded by Van
Bellinger, to grant this permit for one year, with one chair and
single operator. Motion carried.
118. Variance public hearing of Charles H. Rgnonti, 20340 Judicial
Road, was held. Variance is for size of garage.. Garage will
be 28' x 36', (there will be no business conducted). Motion
by VanBellinger, seconded by Haglund, to grant this variance.
Motion carried.
Mr. Bernard Hofrchulte, Bernco, Inc. Millworks, .requested information
for construction a building for millwork and hardware.. There will be 17
employees. Building will be located 2 mile south of 215th St, ( and old
highway 65).
A discussion was held--re: Ordinance #42, paragraph 4.18. A
meeting will be on November 29th, 1973--with the Village Attorney,
Council, and Village Planner.
Motion by VanBellinger, seconded by Brander, to ad' rn the meeting.
