Lau, Elntolik, VanBellinger, I3randes. Absent: Dunham. The minutes of January 13, 1972 were read., Motion by VanBellinger, seconded;by,.Haglund to approve. the minutes as read. /1. Public. hearing of Calvin Thomas for placing and keeping a mobile home. L.' Motion by Iaglund,`seconded by Vanl3ellinger to approve this. permit. Permit to be issued to Timothy belly, son-in-law of Galvin Thomas. i°Iotion .carried. /'L. Public bearing of James llunham for placing and keeping a mobile home. ~ Motion by Stanley, econded by Brandes to,grant this permit only if utilid for hired hand and not o ent out. Motion carried. ~ , ~ 3. 1'u lic hearing o chard o ns nor final Baring an division of Lot 6, Block 2, Maplewood Estates.- Motion by Stanley, ,seconded ;by Brander to recommend o Village_Council to approve final plat. =Motion carried. ~j Continuation of public hearing of John Talley for placing and keeping a mobile home to be used as office for used car sales.. Continuation of public hearing of Mapco Sand & Gravel Co. for special use permit and gravel permit. Motion by I',randes, seconded by ,Stanley to recommend to the Village Council to deny .this request. for-ChB following: a. Their are'to maHy gravel pits in the immediate area. b. A discussion was held by the Planning Commission regarding F.H.A. 235 home program.' Motion by Stanley, seconded by Lau to recommend to the Village Council',that no more 235 program homes be built in the Village of Lakeville based on the present knowledge: a. ~,nadequateness of 235 program. ~ b.
